VFM’s block property managing agents services are fully comprehensive with our clients securing peace of mind and all the assurances that come with employing a leading, established professional practise. We have enjoyed successful trading since 1995 and our clients therefore benefit from block management duties underpinned by over 30 years experience in property.

At VFM, we welcome new clients many of whom are resident management companies (RMC), right to manage companies (RTM), private developers, leaseholders or landlords. Of course, service requirements vary depending on client priorities and the nature and size of the property and we recognise the importance of establishing specific needs, approvals and individual requirements necessary to meeting expectations.

At VFM we know that one size does not fit all and a detailed property review at the outset helps us agree a tailored service while still meeting compliance standards. There is clearly a need to incorporate flexibility to achieve this and requirements are subject to regular review.

Safety compliance is the most important faculty and we are fully familiar with and committed to current fire, health and safety legislation and regulations. We advise and assist clients in ensuring compliance with safety standards in conjunction with relevant fire and safety consultants in undertaking our duties.

Some clients prefer to be hands on and more involved with stringent controls and approvals, while others prefer to delegate responsibility to VFM for daily tasks. Either way, we remain both adaptable and adept in our approach, promoting openness, trust, transparency and fairness in delivery of our services. This culture is engrained in VFM’s 30 year history and we strongly believe that it reflects the intentions of new government legislation currently being finalised.

As new legislation is gradually introduced it is our view there will be a major shift in the property management profession as the industry moves ahead with improvements and change.
